Player registration/transfer Form

I would like re-iterate that unless a self stamped addressed envelope is enclosed for return of the form to the club secretary the form will not be processed and the relevant club charged with poor administration. Also that forms must be with the league registration secretary the Saturday 8 days before a Sunday match for any chance of that player being eligible.
